The National Association of Sporting Goods Wholesalers, in association with Growth Strategy Partners LLC, is pleased to announce a webinar designed to help shooting industry companies grow their businesses. The topic of this session is "Building and Implementing an Actionable Sales Strategy.”

The latest NICS data implies that demand for firearms decreased almost 24% in the past three months. You’re thinking, “I know. We felt it!” Assuming demand isn’t going to magically increase, what are you going to do to improve your chances of selling more than your competitors? Because you know, it’s not going to get any easier…

Companies which have developed and implemented specific and actionable plans to grow their sales have been more successful than those who haven’t. Which company are you?

In this one hour educational webinar, presented by Growth Strategy Partners, you will learn:

  • The four strategies to grow sales
  • Why the assumptions you don’t document can derail your plans
  • How to build a sales strategy which actually works
  • How to really measure sales results
  • Why you, or your head of sales, may be the problem
  • How to identify where your ‘quick wins’ are
  • Making a sales strategy stick

This webinar is for Presidents, owners and sales leaders who would like to build or improve upon the sales effectiveness within their organizations.

Our speakers will be Christopher DiCenso and George Harris of Growth Strategy Partners LLC and an associate, Greg Foster of GAF Consulting.
